Player.
Very very impressed by what I've seen so far.
Think he could feature quite a bit this season.

Didn’t look out of place did he - Are they trying to make him a midfielder though?

You forget he's only 16 watching him play. Hopefully going to be a great player for us.
I had to google "DEEC".

Seem to remember a 17 year old Rio getting a few games in midfield before he was established at CB

Not old enough for Fatty, but good enough for Slaven.
One hell of a player, one hell of a player!

He is a big boy for 16 but he is well balanced and an athlete. Like the way he passes the ball, moves it on quickly and gives it a rap.
What I also liked was when Collins was sent off he rushed over to Bilic to get instructions as he obviously knew he would have to drop back. A small thing but shows a 16yo thinking about the game.

I noticed the kid run over to Slaven as well.
The boy played well last night even in midfield. Looked decent alongside OGbonna.

i liked what i saw, but that partucular instance was bilic shouting instructions at him and him not being able to hear or understand, thats when he ran over
not taking anything away from the rest of his game though

I thought along with Noble these two were too slow last night. They both gave the ball away too cheaply.
Oxford you can let off, he's young and needs to get with the pace but that will come, Noble had no excuse looked unfit and slower than ever.
I'm now in the dropping Noble camp, if we do get a fit Song or this Kante player from France I'd rather see Kouyate, Song/Kante and Obiang in the middle.

Genuinly excited about a couple of our youngsters, but let's not get too excited just because he run over to the manager. He's 16 not 9.

I thought Noble was quality tonight, played some fantastic balls and made some decent tackles. Reece Oxford was good as well. I now know to ignore your views on players in the future, thanks for this post.
